1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. Shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The soccer ball must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. What sizes of soccer balls do you offer?
We offer official sizes:
- Size 5 (Standard for ages 12+ and adults)
- Size 4 (Youth, ages 8–12)
- Size 3 (Children, ages 8 and under)
6. Are your soccer balls suitable for outdoor and indoor use?
Yes. We carry both outdoor (grass/turf) and indoor/futsal balls. Please check the product description to choose the right type for your playing surface.
7. What materials are your soccer balls made from?
Our balls are made with high-quality PU (polyurethane) or PVC covers with butyl or latex bladders for excellent air retention and durability. Material details are listed on each product page.
8. How long do the balls hold air?
Our premium balls feature high-quality bladders that maintain air pressure very well. We recommend checking and inflating the ball before each use for best performance.
9. Are the balls stitched or glued?
Most of our match and training balls are machine-stitched or hand-stitched for maximum durability. This is clearly mentioned on each product page.
10. Are your soccer balls suitable for beginners and professionals?
Yes. We offer balls for all skill levels — from entry-level training balls to high-performance match balls used in competitive play.
11. Do the balls come inflated?
Balls are shipped partially inflated for safety during shipping. We recommend inflating them to the recommended PSI before first use.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my soccer ball arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
